Makita DHS710ZJ Twin 18V LXT 190mm Circular Saw (Body Only) in MakPac Case

The Makita DHS710ZJ is first in its class, a 190mm circular saw powered by a 36v DC motor powered by 2 x Makita 18v Lithium Ion batteries making it as powerful as a corded circular saw. Weighing just 4.7kg the DHS710 is lighter than most corded circular saws and has a maximum depth of cut of 68.5mm at 90°. A large lever makes depth adjustment simple and bevel cuts up to a maximum of 50° can be achieved with a positive stop at 45°. The base and blade guard are from strong but lightweight die-cast magnesium and will not bend in normal use and a fence is supplied for parallel cutting. Other features include an ergonomic handle with rubberised grips for better control, a safety switch to prevent accidental operation, a blower to keep the cutting line clear from debris for better visibility and a spindle lock for easy blade change. This saw is compatible with 18v Li-Ion batteries in 3.0Ah, 4.0Ah and 5.0Ah and will operate with different combinations fitted to the machine however once one of the battery cells has ran out of charge the saw will stop operation. Twin LED lights display the remaining charge in each battery and a temperature warning light illuminates in the event of overheating. A rear dust exhaust port keeps debris from the operator and can also be connected to a dust extraction unit by fitting the 196521-1 nozzle which is supplied as standard along with a B-02939 190mm 20T TCT saw blade and a MakPac 4 carry case and inlay.
