How long is a Gift Voucher valid for?

The Gift Voucher will expire 12 months from purchase.

Can I use Gift Vouchers on telephone orders?

Yes, Gift vouchers can be used as part or full payment on telephone orders placed via (+44) 01934 416765

Using your gift voucher(s) online, in store or over the phone

ONLINE

When you checkout you’ll be asked to enter the code for each gift voucher you wish to use. This code is on the back of the gift voucher.

In Store

Present the gift voucher to the in store cashier, they will reduce your order total inline with the gift voucher amount.

BY PHONE

We will simply ask you at time of purchase for the gift voucher number.

Returning an item purchased with a gift voucher

When an item is returned that has been purchased using a gift voucher we will reissue a voucher for the same value.
